Responsibilities

• Maintain project schedules, documentation, action item logs, financial tracking reports, dashboards, and project records
• Coordinate meetings, track milestones, monitor action items, follow up with stakeholders, and help keep projects progressing according to schedule
• Facilitate communication between Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Logistics, Customer Service, and Project Managers to ensure alignment on project priorities and deliverables
• Support project reporting activities, maintain status dashboards, track project health metrics, and provide visibility into schedules, risks, and resource utilization
• Identify opportunities for standardization and process improvements while supporting shipment tracking, testing schedules, and project closeout activities
