We're Hiring: Project/Program Manager- Switchgear

About the Role

We're hiring a Project / Program Manager to join Client’s Switchgear team in Alpharetta, GA — a 15‑person group of project coordinators and senior project coordinators managing complex, global programs across multiple business units.

You’ll own the full project lifecycle — from order entry to final sign-off — keeping budgets on track, stakeholders aligned, and deliverables moving. This is a high‑ownership, customer‑facing role with real exposure to international operations and future leadership pathways.

What you’ll do:

• Manage projects end-to-end — from order entry through client sign-off.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and keep stakeholders updated and engaged.
• Validate and monitor budgets, schedules, and project milestones.
• Handle change orders, scope of work updates, and escalation management.
• Present proposals, reports, and project findings to clients.
• Review contracts and cost estimates; recommend approvals as needed.
