LayerZero Power Systems, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for PDU and RPP who will define the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for data center power distribution solutions.

You will bridge customers, engineering, manufacturing, sales, and service to deliver innovative, profitable products. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in product management in electrical equipment or data center infrastructure and deep knowledge of PDUs, RPPs, switchgear, and power quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management in electrical equipment, power distribution, or data center infrastructures.
• Strong understanding of PDUs, RPPs, switchgear, and data center electrical infrastructure.
• Ability to develop product roadmaps and manage full lifecycles.
• Experience creating business cases and evaluating financial performance.
• Excellent customer-facing, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain the product roadmap for PDU and RPP lines.
• Identify market trends, competitive offerings, and customer requirements.
• Define product positioning, value propositions, and growth strategies.
• Lead cross-functional development from concept through launch; support PRDs and specs.
