Job summary

Eaton’s Data Center Power Distribution (DCPD) team seeks a Program Manager – Product Development to lead new product development programs and drive growth in Richmond, VA. The role collaborates across functions to bring innovative power solutions to market and supports a rapid expansion in data center power infrastructure.

The position offers a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) with relocation assistance and travel around 10%.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
At least 3 years of experience in new Product Development Engineering.
At least 2 years of professional experience in Program Management.
No immigration sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

Execute and manage large product development projects across offices and time zones.
Create comprehensive business plans for product development projects.
Drive lean culture and continuous improvement for project outcomes.
Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Enhance maturity of program management processes, tools and systems.
Address challenges with project management, change management, and communications.
