Western States Equipment is seeking a Diesel Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair industrial engines and generators in a safety-sensitive role. You will perform preventative maintenance, tests, and repairs, using service manuals and OEM guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proof of high school diploma or GED; associates preferred.
• Minimum of three years diagnostic and repair experience in diesel engines and generators.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain DOT Medical Card.
• Must communicate in English (read, write, speak).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot engines and generators; repair as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance, tests, and inspections per guidelines.
• Complete service reports and warranty documents accurately.
• Utilize manuals and OEM guidelines to address customer issues.
