Job summary

Wyoming Machinery Company is seeking a Master Power Systems Field Tech (CDL Required) in Rock Springs, WY to diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel and gas engines and generator systems. You will test and commission generator sets, ATS units, and control panels while ensuring safety compliance and accurate reporting.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, familiarity with CAT ET, and the ability to work independently or in a team in a field service environment.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Certificate from a tech school or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledgeable in diesel and hydraulic systems and power generation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot diesel, natural gas, and dual-fuel engines using OEM software and tools.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on engines, generators, and auxiliary systems.
• Install, test, and commission generator sets, ATS, and control panels; verify electrical measurements.
