Job summary

Ohio CAT is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to prioritize and schedule commercial, industrial, and EPG service work in the field. The role requires presenting accurate quotes, opening revenue and work orders, and building strong relationships with customers, technicians, and team members.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy equipment, five years in field service operations, and at least three years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• An associate's degree is preferred.
• Must have five years of field service operations or similar experience.
• Three years of supervisory experience is required.
• Knowledge and understanding of heavy equipment.
• Must have prior industry knowledge and a technical background with the products that are sold and serviced.
