Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Field Service Engineer in the United States to build a foundation in electrical power distribution through a structured development program. You will work on projects, deliver technical solutions and gain hands‑on experience in diverse customer environments.

Role includes comprehensive training, mentorship, travel, and potential leadership paths while ensuring safety and reliability of power systems across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution, with graduation date before August of 2027.
• Minimum overall GPA of 2.8.
• At least one internship/co‑op or 3 months experience in a technician/maintenance role on machines or large equipment.

Responsibilities

• Work on assigned projects for electrical power distribution equipment.
• Deliver technical solutions to customers.
• Generate service reports on work, product performance, and warranties.
• Assist with field installations, testing, troubleshooting and maintenance.
