Job summary

Altorfer Inc. is seeking a Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) to connect with Electric Power Generation equipment users.

You will present maintenance and repair solutions and drive lower operating costs by recommending service options and upgrades. You will manage a territory, hit weekly call quotas, travel locally using a company car, and maintain customer relationships to secure long-term maintenance agreements and growing sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior sales experience is required.
• EPG experience in sales and service is highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
• Must handle basic money, weight, volume and distance calculations.
• Proficient with MS Excel and Word; general computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales/Parts/Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Promote long-term service agreements in the territory.
• Advocate sound maintenance practices among customers.
• Apply effective sales techniques, including prospecting and presentations.
• Maintain 12 in-person visits per week with assigned accounts.
• Record all customer communications in the CRM system.
