Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in power connector, systems engineering, or related discipline.
• Master’s degree with 1+ years of experience in power connector, systems engineering, or related discipline.
• Foundational understanding of connector development and power architecture concepts.
• Ability to read and interpret system-level requirements and specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable participating in customer-facing meetings alongside senior colleagues.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Capture requirements from customer engineering teams to develop power interconnect solutions.
• Translate system-level power architecture into connector and cable requirements to define product development.
• Serve as front-facing technical contact for power architecture discussions with customer teams.
• Partner with product engineering and manufacturing sites to develop and deliver power interconnect solutions.
• Develop technical requirement documents and specification inputs for new product development and design-in activities.
• Support qualification, validation, and design-in activities at customer sites.
• Track relevant industry standards and consortia (e.g., OCP) that shape power delivery and interconnect roadmaps.
• Deliver customer and market insight back into internal roadmap and new product development.
• Support senior team members in customer engagements.
