Job summary

MacAllister Machinery Co., Inc. seeks an Engineer – EPG Product Development to support the approved design catalog for Electric Power Strategic Accounts. You will translate BoD requirements into scalable catalog solutions, validate supplier designs, and drive continuous product improvements across projects.

You will collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure compliant, repeatable, and efficient project execution, leveraging your design and validation expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and strong engineering foundation.
• 5+ years in product/design engineering for power systems.
• Experience translating customer specs into supplier requirements.
• Experience validating supplier designs against specs and standards.

Responsibilities

• Govern catalog and design governance for approved configurations.
• Review supplier design requirements and support validation activities.
• Evaluate deviations and determine catalog updates or approvals.
• Support field escalations with engineering input and guidance.
• Contribute to VE/NPI and continuous improvement initiatives.
