Qualifications
- Experience teaching, training, and mentoring in automation systems.
- In-depth knowledge of communication networks and automation protocols.
- Strong writing and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Provide, create, teach, follow, and maintain technical training on automation systems.
- Serve as a technical expert in automation solutions and SCADA interfaces.
- Develop and refine processes and procedures for automation implementations.
- Oversee, mentor, and teach safe work practices with risk awareness.
- Contribute to FLISR and substation control scheme development.
