Job summary

Saber Power Services in Houston, Texas seeks a Project Manager to oversee high-voltage substation and transmission projects, including renewable energy and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). You will manage planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk, and resource allocation to deliver projects on time and within scope.

You will coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Project Management, or Construction Management is required; equivalent years of experience may substitute.
MBA is preferred.
PMP or similar certification is preferred.
PE license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage the project life cycle from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
Develop, manage, and control project budgets, ensuring financial objectives and contract terms.
Act as primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams with regular updates.
Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies and escalate as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Contribute to strategic input on planning and delivery; drive process improvements.
