Job summary

GridTech Power is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead construction management for power substations, switchyards, and BESS facilities nationwide. The role combines office and field work and requires strong client communication, procurement oversight, and cross-functional coordination.

You will drive safety, schedule, and budget adherence across multiple projects, partnering with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and ability to travel across the continental U.S.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and teams.
• Excellent organization and multitasking across multiple active projects.
• Solid coordination and logistics capabilities.
• Proficiency in scheduling and project planning principles.
• Demonstrated problem-solving in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety policies and ensure project compliance with contracts and regulations.
• Act as GridTech's primary liaison with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Oversee procurement of equipment and materials and manage delivery tracking.
• Develop and maintain project schedules across multiple projects.
• Manage contract changes, subcontract administration, and closeout activities.
• Provide timely progress reports to stakeholders.
