Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• 1+ years of residential Electrical/Generator experience (preferred).
• Generac Liquid Cooled Certification (preferred).
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Commitment to personal growth, ownership, and being part of a winning team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer relationships and build your pipeline.
• Educate homeowners on standby generator systems.
• Perform load calculations and size systems properly.
• Create proposals and close profitable installation jobs.
• Obtain customer-authorized agreements and deposits.
• Pursue referrals and neighborhood prospecting.
• Review sold jobs with department leadership.
