Job summary

Home Power Systems, part of TurnPoint Services, is seeking a Power Advisor in New York to build trusted relationships with residential and commercial customers, recommending generator installations, replacements, and maintenance agreements. You’ll collaborate with estimating and technical teams to deliver customized proposals addressing backup power, green energy, and advanced systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2C sales experience in electric or generator sectors.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
• Strong analytical skills and data analysis abilities.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with customers through presentations, proposals, and design input.
• Meet and exceed monthly revenue goals.
• Generate leads via cold calling, networking, referrals.
• Build a book of business with long-term relationships and loyalty.
• Maintain all client communications and documentation.
• Make daily calls to new prospects and client base to generate leads.
• Represent the company at events to boost brand awareness.
• Participate in sales and product training in person or online.
• Prepare cost estimates for requested change orders and variations.
• Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and Project Management teams.
