Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude for assembly tasks.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Experience with hand and power tools in manufacturing.
• Willingness to work 50+ hours per week including OT.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a structured environment.
• Adherence to safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble large electrical bins and route cables per specifications.
• Install electrical and mechanical components using hand/power tools.
• Follow drawings/blueprints and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Work with teammates to achieve production goals on long-term projects.
• Operate on second shift with overtime as needed.
