Job summary

Nortek Air Solutions, LLC is seeking a 2nd shift Electrical Assembler to assemble, wire, test, and troubleshoot electrical and electromechanical components according to engineering specifications.

The role requires reading wiring diagrams, working from schematics, and maintaining quality records in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Overtime may be required to meet production needs and deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years electrical assembly in manufacturing.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience using multimeters and continuity testers.
• Strong attention to detail and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical and electromechanical products per blueprints and diagrams.
• Route, cut, strip, terminate, and connect wires and harnesses.
• Install components such as relays, switches, sensors, and controllers.
• Read assembly drawings and BOMs; perform testing and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records; follow safety policies.
• Support continuous improvement and keep work area clean and organized.
