Job Title: Sr. Power Platform Developer

Location: St. Paul, MN - mostly remote, onsite as needed

Contract: 5 Months with Possible Extension

Required:

• 5+ years experience in Microsoft Power Apps development.
• Object-oriented UI development experience or similar.
• 2+ years experience in Microsoft Power BI development.
• Visualization experience such as Tableau or similar.
• 2+ years experience in Microsoft Dynamics development.
• CRM experience like Salesforce or similar.
• Experience with product/agile frameworks and methodologies.
• UX design experience focusing on user-centric and accessible design.
• Designing seamless experiences across devices and for multilingual support.
• ADA accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1).
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Pages, and other Power Platform components.
• Mentoring experience in Power Platform development.
• Experience with automated build/deployment and DevOps practices.
• Managing datasets from various sources and formats.
