We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to design, build, and implement scalable business solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. This role involves integrating Microsoft 365, SharePoint, SQL, and external APIs to support business objectives and process automation. You will collaborate closely with business analysts and data engineers to create impactful dashboards, streamline operations, and enhance end-user experiences. Accountabilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using Power Apps.
  • Build intuitive dashboards and reports in Power BI to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Automate business workflows through Power Automate, integrating with diverse data sources.
  • Ensure secure, compliant development practices aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Create documentation and educational material to support self-service users.
  • Collaborate within an Agile (Kanban) team environment and contribute to sprint planning.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and third-party APIs.
  • Proven experience as a Power Platform Developer or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), and Power BI.
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft SQL.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and collaborative development environments.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, SQL) are a plus.
  • Ability to work in an office environment and occasionally travel as needed.
