Trissential is seeking up to three experienced Power Platform Developers to join our client’s team and help launch a modern, secure, and accessible platform to support a high-visibility public initiative focused on environmental remediation. Your Role & Responsibilities
- Design and develop front-end user interfaces with accessibility and UX best practices
- Develop secure, performant Power Apps applications integrated with Azure SQL, Blob/File Storage, and APIs
- Use Azure Active Directory to configure secure user authentication in canvas applications
- Collaborate with product owners and teams on backlog refinement, sprint planning, story development, and estimation
- Ensure ADA accessibility and compliance with WCAG 2.1 standards across all interfaces
- Support deployment, data migration, user training, and documentation
- Contribute to knowledge transfer and transition planning with internal stakeholders
- Document product architecture and participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint reviews and retrospectives
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- At least 5 years of experience in application development, with a strong focus on Microsoft Power Platform
- Minimum 2 years of direct experience in Power Apps development
- At least 1 year of experience in Power BI and Dynamics 365 (or equivalent tools like Tableau or Salesforce)
- Experience with ADA/WCAG 2.1 compliance and multilingual UX design
- Proficiency in using APIs, Azure services, and authentication protocols
- Agile experience including story sizing, sprint planning, and collaborative delivery
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in other Power Platform components such as Power Automate or Power Pages
- A DevOps mindset with experience in automated build/deployment processes
- Experience managing diverse data sources, structures, and formats
- Experience mentoring developers or leading technical delivery in Power Platform environments
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus
