Guidehouse is seeking a Digital Transformation professional to support federal‑facing clients in delivering automation, analytics, and change management using the MS Power Platform.

The role focuses on process automation, data analytics, and program support, working with teams to implement new capabilities and improve efficiency. Travel up to 10% and the position requires ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years in business analytics, business management or process improvement.
• 1+ years' experience with Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate).

Responsibilities

• Support client transformation initiatives through automation, analytics, and change management.
• Develop capabilities, processes, and procedures to improve efficiency via automation and integration.
• Collaborate with teams to implement transformation tools, primarily using MS Power Platform.
