Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a data analytics professional to support DHS digital transformation using the Power Platform to automate processes and improve security efficacy. You will help build automation, analytics, and change-management capabilities within project teams.

The role requires 4+ years in business analytics, a Bachelor’s degree, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance; DHS experience and advanced Power Platform skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of experience in business analytics, business management or process improvement.
• 3+ years of experience with Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate).
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

This position will play a critical role in supporting the broader team in executing the client transform their business with digital transformation efforts. Develop new automation capabilities, processes, and procedures for enhancing the security effectiveness and operational efficiency of DHS’s mission-based capabilities through enhanced detection, automation, integration, and connection. This position will assist in strategic program support in terms of process automation, data analytics and change management. The position will work within teams to bring transformation tools and improvements, primarily using MS Power Platform.

What You Will Need:

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD “PUBLIC TRUST”; Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree
• FOUR (4) or more years’ experience in business analytics, business management or process improvement
• THREE (3) year or more years’ experience with Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate)

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Active DHS Public Trust or higher clearance
• Direct experience or familiarity with DHS law-enforcement agencies
• Advanced Power Platform experience (Power Apps/Power Automate)
• Tableau or BI software experience
• R or Python software experience
