Job summary

RES Americas seeks an Applications Analyst II – Power Platform & M365 to be the primary support for business applications, partnering with stakeholders to implement features and standardize processes across the globe. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8 years of relevant work experience in IT.
• 3+ years in application support/analyst role.
• Enterprise-level apps support experience.
• Experience with Power Platform and M365.
• Familiarity with ITIL v3 or related service delivery frameworks.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely resolution through troubleshooting and analysis.
• Plan and consult on Power Automate and App solutions at scale.
• Administer Microsoft Power Platform and M365, global scope.
• Develop reports and SQL queries for business insights.
• Mentor other support resources and participate in on-call rotation.
