LaunchCode is assisting with a Power Platform Developer search for a partner organization. The role focuses on building and maintaining Power Apps, Automate flows, and Dataverse models to improve business processes.

The position requires 3+ years of hands-on Power Platform experience, PL-200 certification, and strong collaboration with business stakeholders in a hybrid, multi‑site environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 5+ years in CS/IS related field.
• Microsoft Power Platform PL-200 certification required.
• 3+ years Power Platform development experience.
• Experience building canvas and model‑driven apps and automating workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse to streamline business processes.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Ensure governance and CoE compliance, security roles, and DLP policies.
• Package and deploy solutions across environments using ALM and pipelines (Azure DevOps or ALM Accelerator).
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and reliability of apps and flows.
• Integrate Power Platform with enterprise systems and data sources (SharePoint, SQL Server, REST APIs).
• Provide ongoing support and knowledge sharing with IT and business teams.
