About the Role

You will work as a low/mid-level developer within a small team of specialists, engaging in various Power Platform development projects focusing on Power Automate/Flow, PowerApps, and D365 Customer Engagement. Your role involves supporting the planning, development, testing, and delivery of high-quality solutions using the Power Platform. You will collaborate with third-party CRM support partners on upgrading and developing Dynamics 365, integrating Netsuite, and other ERPs. You will report to the Group Head of Business Applications and Data, maintaining strong relationships with business stakeholders and application users.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the MSFT cloud application stack, mainly Dynamics 365, aligning with business needs and best practices.
• Lead or advise on technical projects related to technology procurement or development.
• Gather and incorporate user feedback into software design and project planning.
• Lead team standups, plan sprints, and conduct retrospectives.
• Manage the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) process, including QA and documentation.
• Create and update technical and architectural documentation for D365 and Power Platform.
• Collaborate with lead developers to deliver integrated business systems and data solutions.
• Mentor team engineers and monitor their performance and growth.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, D365).
• Proficiency in Power Automate development, including creating flows with connectors and writing custom expressions.
• Hands-on experience with system integration.
• Understanding of CRM benefits within a business context.
• Knowledge of SQL and M365 applications like SharePoint, Teams, and Planner.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.

Nice to have

• Programming skills in JSON, CSS, HTML, Python, C#, JavaScript.
• Experience with Azure Function Apps and Azure Service Bus.
• Relevant Power Platform certifications (e.g., MB-600, PL-600, PL-400, MB-400).
• Proven success in leading technology projects.
