The Security Platform Engineer – Authentication position is an opportunity to join the Security Platform team that provides Authentication Services for applications with B2E/B2B/B2C users, continuously improving the Security Posture across the enterprise. The person in this position will need to be detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills to play an essential role in developing, building, and rolling out Authentication solutions in a fast-paced global automotive enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Security or related fields
• 5+ years of IT work experience
• 3+ years of Security/IAM/Authentication experience with ADFS and Entra ID
• 2+ years of experience with Entra ID Application registration and SSO configuration
• 2+ years of experience with MSFT Graph API
• 2+ years of Active Directory administration experience
• 1+ years of implementing OAuth in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment
• Expertise in utilizing Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, and AIBuilder)
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Authentication
• Strong coding skills, with hands-on experience in PowerShell scripting preferred
• Effective communication skills across all levels of employees and management
• Highly motivated with strong technical problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and quality in written and verbal communication
• Solid understanding of Security domains, especially Identity and Access Management
• Experience developing and managing RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of GitHub
• Experience with backlog management using Jira
