Job summary

Ventures Unlimited, Inc. seeks a Power Platform professional to design, develop and maintain automated processes using Copilot Studio and Power Automate. Build low-code solutions that streamline workflows and AI-enabled agents to improve business outcomes.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, mentor citizen developers, and enforce governance, security, and platform usage standards across the Power Platform ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of workflow automation and business process optimization.
• Experience creating AI-enabled conversational agents and virtual assistants.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps like SharePoint, Teams, and Dataverse.
• Experience integrating solutions via REST APIs and connectors.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring citizen developers and business users.
• Governance, security, and Agile delivery familiarity.
• Power Apps, Power BI, and Azure OpenAI familiarity a plus.
• Provide guidance on solution design and platform usage standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain low-code solutions on the Power Platform.
• Build conversational AI agents and workflow automation to improve processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Mentor novice business developers in adopting Power Platform capabilities.
• Provide governance, best practices, and platform usage guidance.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation workflows and Copilot solutions.
• Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, and external systems through APIs and connectors.
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards are followed across all solutions.
• Conduct user training, demonstrations, and workshops to drive adoption.
• Prepare technical documentation and reusable solution templates.
