Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Senior Power Platform/Copilot Developer to join our PowerApps Factory team. You will design and build AI skills and agents to accelerate pro-code Power Apps, integrate with multiple upstream systems and APIs, and manage scalable data models in Dataverse.

You will collaborate across teams to gather requirements, implement end-to-end solutions, and ensure quality, performance, and scalability in production environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Power Platform development experience.
• 2+ years in AI Agents Development and Copilot Studio.
• Proficiency in designing pro-code solutions within the Power Platform.
• Expertise building scalable Dataverse data models.
• Experience integrating solutions with multiple upstream systems and APIs.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Nice to have familiarity with APIs and integration.
• Knowledge of DevOps and REST.

This role focuses on designing and building AI skills and agents to streamline AI-assisted development of pro-code Power Apps, with an emphasis on pro-code solution delivery, integrations with multiple upstream systems and APIs, and scalable data models in Dataverse.

• Design and develop AI agents and skills to support AI-assisted development of pro-code Power Apps
• Build and maintain scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Power Apps Architect and manage data models within Microsoft Dataverse
• Configure and customize AI-driven conversational experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with multiple upstream systems and APIs
• Participate in the full solution lifecycle, from design through production rollout
