Job summary

Smart IT Frame LLC is seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Engineer to design, build and deploy AI agents within the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem. The role focuses on enterprise-grade conversational agents, integrating with business systems, and leveraging Generative AI and RAG for intelligent automation.

The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, architects and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure and production-ready AI-powered solutions across Copilot Studio Declarative

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in Power Platform and enterprise-scale deployments.
• Hands-on experience building enterprise-grade conversational agents integrating business systems.
• Experience leveraging Generative AI and RAG for automation and decision support.
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, architects and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents using Copilot Studio and Declarative Agents.
• Configure topics, triggers, entities, variables and conversation flows.
• Extend Microsoft 365 Copilot with custom agents and plugins.
• Build RAG-based agent architectures and integrate with enterprise systems.
• Integrate agents with Power Automate flows, Power Apps Dataverse and external APIs.
• Optimize responses, ensure accuracy, and handle escalations with governance.

Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot ecosystem to design build and deploy custom AI agents across Copilot Studio Declarative Agents and Microsoft 365 Copilot

The ideal candidate should have handson experience in building enterprise grade conversational agents integrating them with business systems and leveraging Generative AI LLMs RAG for intelligent automation

This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders' architects and engineering teams to deliver scalable secure and production ready AI powered solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents using Copilot Studio including
• Topics triggers entities variables and conversation flows
• Create and manage Declarative Agents in M365 Copilot
• Configure instructions grounding and scoped knowledge
• Extend Microsoft 365 Copilot with custom agents and plugins
• Build RAGbased agent architectures

Integrate agents with

• Power Automate flows
• Power Apps Dataverse
• External APIs and enterprise systems

Optimize agent responses for Accuracy fallback handling escalation scenarios

• Ensure security governance and data compliance standards

Must Have Skills:

• Must have 10+ years experience in Power Platform
• Power Automate cloud flows connectors approvals
• Power Apps Canvas apps Modeldriven apps
• Dataverse Schema relationships security model

Must have strong handson experience with:

• Declarative Agents M365 Copilot extensibility
