Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Solution Architect. The role involves developing governance strategies, best practices, and customized Power Apps solutions, as well as reviewing and optimizing Dynamics 365 configurations to meet business needs. Fluency in Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Experience Level: Intermediate to expert in Power Platform governance, administration, and Power Apps development. Experience with Dynamics 365 customer service and sales customization and administration.
• Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Power Platform Admin Center, Center of Excellence Starter Kit, and Dynamics 365 architecture. Omnichannel experience is a plus.
• Power Platform Technologies: Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and related components.
• Enterprise Focus: Experience in deploying and supporting large-scale environments.
• Training & Troubleshooting: Ability to deliver technical training and resolve complex issues.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules: Customer Service, Omnichannel, Sales, Field Service
• Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Platform Admin Center
• Experience with customization, administration, and governance of Power Platform environments
• Deep understanding of Dataverse, environment planning, and security strategies
• Development of Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) and Power Automate solutions
• Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) via Solutions
• Troubleshooting and optimizing Power Apps and Power Automate flows
• Ability to guide customers on architectural decisions and provide technical training
