Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a results-driven transformation professional to lead process improvement and automation initiatives using Microsoft Power Platform. You will design scalable, AI-enabled solutions and partner with stakeholders to strip complexity from current processes while delivering executive dashboards and insightful reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in business execution, implementation, strategic planning, process improvement, or business transformation initiatives.
• Experience developing automation, workflow, reporting, business intelligence, and technology-enabled solutions using Microsoft technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 solutions and automation capabilities.
• Experience working with Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled productivity solutions.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Experience designing and implementing workflow automation, process optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience developing dashboards, executive reporting, presentations, and business insights.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with business, technology, operations, risk, and control teams.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Pay Range and Benefits

Pay Range*: Between $60 - $65 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
