Innova Solutions is seeking a Technology Governance Manager to lead governance practices, drive strategic technology initiatives, and deliver executive-level insights across complex programs. You will build frameworks, manage risks, and enable data-driven decisions using BI tools and AI support.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, operational excellence, and scalable processes within a large organization, with a focus on governance maturity and high-impact reporting.

As a Technology Governance Manager, you will:

• Provide consulting and strategic guidance for complex technology business initiatives.
• Build and operationalize governance frameworks, operating models, and execution processes.
• Identify technology risks, dependencies, and impacts across initiatives.
• Perform data analysis and deliver business/technology insights.
• Create executive-level reports, presentations, and decision-support materials.
• Engage stakeholders and senior leadership while driving outcomes with minimal oversight.
• Leverage Copilot and AI tools to improve analysis and process efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Technology Governance, Portfolio Management, and Strategy Execution experience.
• Experience building and operationalizing Governance Frameworks, Operating Models, and Execution Frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Technology Risk Management, Dependencies, and Change Governance.
• Expertise in Complex Data Analysis, Business Insights, and Decision Support Reporting.
• Experience with Power BI, Business Intelligence, and Executive-Level Reporting.
• Strong Executive Communication, Presentation Development, and Stakeholder Management skills.
• Ability to establish Repeatable Processes and drive Operational Excellence.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools, including Copilot, for analysis and process improvement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Experience working within large, complex organizations, preferably in Financial Services.
• Understanding of Technology Environments, Migrations, Testing, Resiliency, and Related Technology Initiatives.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis. 1099 contractors and Corp-to-Corp arrangements will not be considered for this position.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: Between $80 - $86 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
