Qualifications

• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering capabilities, with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, data analysis, data validation, and managing large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, focused on Power Apps and Power Automate.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
• Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies, data gaps, and scalability opportunities beyond basic requirements gathering.
• Design, build, and deliver Power Platform solutions; integrate with SharePoint, SQL databases, APIs, and other platforms.
• Design, develop, and support ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources.
• Validate, transform, and optimize datasets to ensure data accuracy and reliability for reporting and automation.
• Enable reporting, dashboards, applications, and automations with clean, well‑structured data.
• Lead SIT and UAT, including scenario development and issue resolution.
• Ensure solutions meet functional requirements and maintain data integrity through testing and deployment.
• Establish and support best practices for Power Platform governance, security, and environment management.
• Act as liaison between business users, developers, and data teams.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business‑friendly language and actionable technical solutions.
