Job summary

Safran Defense & Space, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Business Analyst who will partner with stakeholders across units to document business processes and software requirements for Microsoft 365/SharePoint solutions.

The role links departments with the Enterprise Solutions team, driving cross-functional project delivery and governance. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining SharePoint sites, building Power Automate workflows, creating Power Apps forms, and aligning ERP

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years Business Systems experience; Microsoft SharePoint development (site setup, authorization, workflows, forms).
• Ability to use readily available AI tools to solve problems/generate code.
• Exceptional computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products and Windows.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, organize, and work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills and collaboration across teams.
• U.S. Protected Individual status.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, lists and pages for daily operations.
• Develop and manage SharePoint workflows and Power Automate; build low-code apps with Power Apps.
• Administer SharePoint permissions and governance; ensure access controls.
• Design information architecture, metadata, document management and versioning.
• Gather requirements for SharePoint/Power Platform solutions; support user testing.
• Develop and enforce provisioning, lifecycle management and content governance.
• Identify Microsoft 365 opportunities affecting corporate strategy.
• Leverage technology to reduce manual tasks and improve processes.
• Support ERP systems; document ERP processes and solutions.
• Document process flows and SDLC artifacts; manage testing and training.
• Assist in end-user training and deployment of business applications.
• Other duties as assigned
