Job summary

GardaWorld Security in the United States seeks a Technical Business Analyst on the BAS team to oversee requests from intake to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalable technology.

You will design and deliver Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), integrate with SharePoint, SQL, and APIs, and lead SIT/UAT testing while translating technical concepts into business language.

Qualifications

• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering with ability to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills for large datasets.
• Experience with Power Platform and data integration across systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand processes and improvement opportunities.
• Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and data gaps beyond basic requirements.
• Design, build, and deliver Power Platform solutions and integrate with enterprise systems.
• Lead SIT and UAT testing, including scenario development and issue resolution.
• Ensure data integrity and governance across platforms.
