Job summary

ClearBridge Technology Group is seeking a Power Platform & AI Engineer to design, implement, and govern automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. The role focuses on building low-code processes, conversational agents, and AI-driven workflows across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Power Platform, enterprise automation, and experience with Copilot Studio and AI tools.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
• 5 years designing and delivering business process automation or low-code solutions.
• 1+ year building conversational agents and automation with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• 1+ year using AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) and validating AI outputs.
• 1+ year working with agentic coding tools (Claude Code, OpenAI Codex) to improve automation.
• Ability to work PST hours.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent mix of education and hands-on experience in CS/IT/Business.
• Preferred: Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200) or similar credentials.

Responsibilities

• Design and build automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Develop low-code business process automations to streamline manual work.
• Create conversational agents and automation experiences with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Apply AI tools to support productivity, workflow development, and coding tasks.
• Collaborate with non-technical business users to convert processes into automation.
• Define and support Power Platform governance practices (environments, DLP, ALM).
• Partner with business teams to drive adoption and support for automation initiatives.
• Document solutions clearly and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
