Job summary

NetImpact Strategies is seeking a Power Platform Specialist to design, develop, deploy, and support scalable business apps and automation within the Microsoft Power Platform. You will work with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse across SharePoint and SQL Server environments.

You will establish development practices, collaborate with stakeholders, and guide solutions through full development lifecycles, optimizing security, performance, and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience designing and developing apps with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven).
• Strong Dataverse data modeling, security, and integration knowledge.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with SharePoint, SQL Server, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience building automated workflows with Power Automate and Power BI reports.
• Proficiency in Power Fx, JavaScript, and SQL for advanced functionality.
• Ability to translate requirements into scalable technical designs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Power Apps solutions.
• Translate requirements into scalable Power Platform solutions.
• Create responsive, user‑friendly interfaces and data models.
• Develop Power Automate workflows and Power BI dashboards.
