Job summary

Cayuse Holdings is seeking a Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI. You will address business needs, model data, design dashboards, and integrate with legacy and third-party systems.

You will lead architectural design sessions, enforce ALM and governance, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with architects, product owners, and business analysts to shape platform strategy.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of expert-level Power Platform experience (Canvas & Model-Driven).
• Strong Data modeling with Dataverse and relational structures.
• Experience building PCF controls and custom connectors.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern JS frameworks.
• Experience with C# plugins, ALM, governance, and security practices.
• Ability to mentor juniors and lead architecture discussions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power Platform solutions.
• Lead architecture sessions and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Build data models, governance, and secure environment strategies.
• Develop connectors, integrations, and API-based workflows across M365/Azure.
• Create and deploy PCF controls and extensibility components.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders and provide technical guidance.
