Job summary

Pearson Carter is seeking a hands-on Power Platform Developer to design, build, and deploy applications across the Microsoft Power Platform for engineering and operational needs. This is an in-office position.

You will work with a small development team to deliver scalable solutions using Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint, with a focus on data modelling and reusable components.

Qualifications

• 3 years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development experience.

Responsibilities

• Build Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse solutions.
• Provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and collaborative solution design.
• Design practical, scalable, and maintainable data models and application structures.
• Work with business users to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Build and maintain Dataflows using Power Query and Power Automate integrations.
• Develop reusable components, templates, and shared development standards.
• Support releases using Power Platform Pipelines and version control.
• Follow established safety standards, policies, and best practices.
