Job summary

LHCPG seeks a Microsoft Power Platform Developer to shape our digital services. You will build solutions across Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Dynamics 365, delivering internal apps, automated processes and customer-facing portals.

The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, designing data models and governance, and driving continuous improvement across the system lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365
• Knowledge of data modelling, workflows and automation
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power Platform solutions across the organisation
• Enhance Dynamics 365 through forms, views, dashboards and workflows
• Design data models and governance controls
• Build automated workflows
• Create and support customer-facing portals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver practical solutions
• Support testing, documentation, deployment and ongoing improvements
• Provide user training and guidance
• Identify opportunities to leverage new Microsoft technologies
