Job summary

Luminant Generation Company LLC is seeking a Plant Supervisor to support the operation and maintenance of its power-generating stations. The role may require travel to assist other Luminant plants.

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, coordinating projects, and liaising with vendors. Strong experience with Maximo and WST is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong preference for experience in power generation operations.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation and maintenance of a generating station.
• Supervise and direct multi-skill production and maintenance staff to maximize reliable and safe operation of units.
• Manage employee and labor relations in accordance with company policies and labor agreements.
• Ensure safety, environmental, regulatory, and procedural compliance and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate and implement special projects and assist in troubleshooting system problems.
• Interface with external vendors and contractors; assist in planning and scheduling for the plant site.
