Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5-7 years of power generation plant experience.
• Experience using Maximo for planning work and creating job plans.
• Familiarity with WST scheduling tool.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation and maintenance of a generating station.
• Supervise multi-skill production and maintenance personnel.
• Manage safety, environmental, regulatory, and procedural compliance.
• Coordinate special projects and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Interface with vendors and scheduling for plant site planning.
