Job summary

Luminant Power LLC is seeking a senior maintenance leader for the Hays Power Plant in San Marcos, TX. You will oversee safety, environmental and regulatory compliance, and provide direction for operations, maintenance and engineering support.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, outage execution, and staff development, with responsibility for contractor management and overall maintenance leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable to some of the skills listed.
• 7 years supervisory/management experience, or at least 10 years related supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Primary focus on leadership and execution of maintenance processes including routine planning and scheduling, outage execution, and maintenance oversight.

Responsibilities

• Overall Responsibility for Maintenance Department of Hays Power Plant.
• Provide management and direction of safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance, operations, maintenance, and engineering support.
• Lead long- and short-range planning, outage planning, and project/contractor management.
