Qualifications

• 5-7 years of power generation plant experience.
• Experience with Maximo for planning work and creating job plans.
• Experience with WST, the scheduling tool used by Luminant.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation and maintenance of a generating station.
• Supervise and direct multi-skill production and maintenance personnel to ensure reliable, safe operation.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance and proper documentation.
• Coordinate and implement special projects; respond to emergency calls if needed.
• Interface with vendors and contractors; plan and schedule plant activities.
