Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical discipline with related experience.
• Associate's degree in engineering or technical discipline with related experience.
• High school diploma/GED with related experience.
• Experience in maintenance and work management.
• Technical experience with power generation equipment auxiliaries.
• Experience with Asset Suite 9 (AS9).

Responsibilities

• Supervise Technicians during shift for operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of power plant equipment.
• Oversee replacement/repair of equipment and installation, calibration, maintenance and repair of instrumentation.
• Implement operations standards and conduct.
• Solve problems with strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication.
• Provide direction to groups and staff; support group decision-making and team building.
• Adhere to company policies in all dealings with employees.
• Manage O&M costs and support station/division strategic goals.
• Be available for on-call and respond to plant conditions at all hours.
• Administer Asset Suite 9 (AS9) and Work Management Process.
