Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 10+ years in central utility or industrial plant operations.
• Valid Massachusetts Second Class Engineer's License.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise Operations Department and plant personnel.
• Work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
• Supervise startup/shutdown and inspection of plant equipment.
• Train staff in safety procedures and environmental standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and company policies.
