Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Engineering Technology, Electronics, or related field.
• High school diploma with 18 months of trade or technical training in Power Plant Technology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing work schedules for assigned employees.
• Coach new and existing employees in processes, procedures and practices.
• Communicate information effectively across shifts and management.
• Coordinate turnover of information to ensure safe, reliable operations.
• Demonstrate troubleshooting and problem solving to protect assets and people.
• Develop employees' on-the-job skills and improve performance.
