Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. is hiring a Shift Manager to provide first-level supervision of Operations Technicians. The role emphasizes environmental compliance, coaching of team members, and asset maintenance to Constellation standards, with on-call duties as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a technical degree with substantial related experience in power generation, strong leadership, and hands-on maintenance skills to ensure safe, continuous plant operation and reliable energy delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical discipline with 5 years related experience or
• Associate's degree in engineering or technical discipline with 7 years related experience or
• High school diploma/GED with 9 years related experience

Responsibilities

• Supervise Technicians during an assigned shift in operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of power plant equipment
• Oversee replacement/repair of mechanical and electrical equipment and installation, calibration, maintenance and repair of instrumentation
• Ensure conduct of operations meets standards and apply company policies
• Provide direction, facilitate group decision-making and team building
• Manage O&M costs and support station/division goals and outage-related activities
