Job summary

The role requires an ABET-accredited degree with 2+ years of related experience; a Master’s degree may qualify for Sr level. Base salary is $87,633–$128,688 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree plus 2+ years of related engineering experience.
• Master's degree may be considered for entry at Sr level.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose equipment and system issues; support startup/shutdown activities; implement timely corrective actions.
• Perform root cause analysis to improve reliability and reduce recurrence.
• Monitor and analyze plant data to identify performance gaps affecting availability and heat rate.
• Support reliability programs (vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, controls diagnostics).
• Maintain configuration control and plant documentation; manage changes (MOC).
• Coordinate capital projects with vendors/contractors; ensure safety and engineering compliance.
• Assist compliance with codes and regulatory requirements (NERC, pressure systems).
• Provide data-driven insights to improve plant performance and reliability.
